One workflow — from mesh to optimization

Cadence Fidelity provides powerful tools for CFD simulation. Together with you, we transform the software power into a productive workflow including Python automation, solver and meshing strategy.

After Pre-Processing, the flow simulation starts on-premises or in the cloud. In post-processing, KPIs and reports are generated automatically — the basis for targeted optimization up to the best possible product variant.

The right solver for every use case

We rely on RANS as the standard solver for flow simulation, in some cases with specialized solutions for turbomachinery or marine applications. If required, we expand to LES for maximum depth of detail. Multiphysics (CHT, FSI, combustion, cavitation or aeroacoustics) are seamlessly integrated.

The fast specialist for turbomachinery: Fidelity Turbo is a structured solver with many customized special modules for the world of turbomachinery.

Fidelity Fine Marine — Solver (Marine)

A tool for all waters: Fine Marine is the tool for all shipbuilding and offshore applications (and sometimes beyond).

Fidelity CharLES — Solver (High-Fidelity)

Fidelity CharLES is a specialized LES flow solver designed for very low numerical dissipation. In combination with high-quality Voronoi-based volume grids from Stitch, this enables precise resolution of turbulent structures at comparatively low cell numbers – ideal for demanding industrial applications.

  • LES for high Reynolds numbers with near-industrial computing times
  • Efficient HPC utilization thanks to excellent scaling on CPU and GPU
